Bio: Pam Brown is a Vice President with Future Forwarding Company and has 26 years of experience in the industry. Pam began her career as an export clerk transitioning over to import then became a licensed broker in 1991. Pam is a member of Cambridge Who's Who amongst Executives, Professionals and Entrepreneurs as well as a Certified Customs Specialist (CCS) with the NCBFAA. Pam has been very active over the years in the local association serving on the Inbound Customs Committee as a member and also 3 years as Chair of the committee. Pam remains very active in the NCBFAA attending the annual conferences as well as the yearly Government Affairs Conference.

Bio: Laurie Arnold is the corporate licensed broker for JAS Forwarding (USA) Inc. with over 20 years of experience in the industry. Her main focus is in customs brokerage and compliance. She also has experience in forwarding and trucking. She became a licensed broker in 1993. She is also a Certified Customs Specialist (CCS) with the NCBFAA. Before becoming treasurer for the IFFCHBA she served as the Terminal Committee Chair for 2 years, helping to facilitate better communications between the airlines and the community.

Bio: After obtaining her Masters degree in Psychology and working in the field on Social Services for 11 years, Trimika Fernandez made a total career change to the field of International Trade. She became a licensed broker in 2007. And, she is the current Compliance Agent of CV International. She is also a Certified Customs Specialist (CCS) with NCBFAA. Prior to becoming the IFFCHBA secretary, she served on the inbound Customs committee and terminals committee as a member and as Chair of the education committee.

Bio: Jim has been a licensed U.S. Customs Broker since 1996, a Certified Customs Specialist (CCS) since its inception in 2005, and a Certified Export Specialist since 2010, with over 20 years of experience in logistics, both domestic and international shipping, warehousing and distribution. Jim is IATA certified. and has received a diploma from CNS.
